Rockchip shows its latest 29xx series chips in the 2011 CES, these RK29XX series chips take the lead… in supporting the 1080p VP8 videos decoding on the Android platform and will support online TV later.

It supports: DDR 3, DDR 2 and Mobile DDR Memory;
24bit hardware ECC MLC NAND, e-MMC boot;
Front and back 5.0megapixel cameras;
HD videos of 8 channels I2S and SPDIF output;
VoIP online video;
There are 3 USB interfaces, 2 SD ports, so the USB devices, 3G module, SD card and WIFI module are all available.
Standard TFT/EPD controller and Ethernet interface are all supported by this chip and it not only supports the Android 2.3 but also the higher versions.

Yes, I saw your blog, and the pop-up function you're interested in is not difficult to implement. However, does requires some extra coding, depending on plugin and the template you're using, and that certainly is not a subject to address in a comment section.
In reference to tablets, it took me almost a year to find a reliable supplier in China. Lot's of stuff going on that one needs to be very careful about, but again not a subject to address here, but a clever IM'er should know how to proceed for more info.
